I am looking for flatmates.
Two of the four rooms are available(5.5 tatami mats(9 square meters) Western-style room) If you want more space, you can rent the two rooms for yourself. I thought it would be great if I could make use of the extra rooms and interact with other people.
This is the 5th floor of a 9-story apartment
3 minutes walk to Hiramachi bus stop.
Recommended points:
○ Very convenient Sasebo Chubu area
○ The living room facing south gets lot of sunlight, and the ceiling is high, spacious room
○ The walls are thick and soundproof glass is used, it is very quiet without hearing the noise of cars or the voices of neighbors
Elevator available, reinforced concrete construction, separate bath / toilet. high-grade interior material, washing machine , good view, corner room, automatic lock, air-conditioner, independent wash basin, toilet seat with hot washing shower, Wi-Fi
○ Ｗe could add re-heating-up function in a bath
○ The city hall is 1.17 km away and is conveniently located near the tax office and public health center.
○ You can enjoy cherry blossom viewing in the spring and fireworks in the summer from the living room or your room.
○ The night view is beautiful.
○ Terrific view (The photo is the view from the living room)
○ The bathroom uses obscured glass.
○ You can enjoy shopping 1.47 km away(3 minutes by car) in Tamaya department store.
